Parade visitors are encouraged to pick up their Parade magazine before visiting the Parade of Homes to verify model home and community addresses. Parade magazines are available in each Parade home and can also be found as an insert in many local newspapers such as the Coloradoan and Reporter Herald on the weekends preceding the Parade. A self guided tour, there is no cost for the Parade.
